Cultivate Network is a nonprofit organization focused on strengthening BIPOC leaders to be equity-driven change agents. You can’t have a community without a strong foundation and Cultivate strives to create a community, safe space and address the racial leadership gap. We provide you with an array of accessible resources to be a stepping stone to your success.

Co-Founder
Jahaziel Hiriart is passionate about the empowerment of providing individuals with accessible resources and tools to improve their quality of life and the way they lead it. She is passionate about disrupting inequity through bold innovation, advocating for productive change, and collaborating with her community. Jahaziel has an extensive history as a board member for Tulsa Global Alliance, Tulsa Honor Academy, TYPROS Foundation, and the Oklahoma Center for Community and Justice. She is currently the Network Director at Oklahoma Partnership for Expanded Learning. In her free time, Jahaziel is a professional Latin dancer and is actively involved in community events. She believes that education is the catalyst to a successful and growing community.

Co-Founder
Jonathan Long is a catalyst for his community and cultivates inclusive ecosystems to help individuals thrive. Focused on achievement and purposeful strategy, he works to provide his community with process-based solutions and spotlights diversity, equity and inclusion. Jonathan’s work history showcases his passion for aiding individuals in becoming successful leaders. He has worked with the Workforce Alliance of South Central Kansas, T-Mobile Recruiting, the Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce, and is currently the Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. He prides himself on being actively involved in driving individuals to their successes.

Co-Founder
Jameelah Stuckey is committed to creating an inclusive community for all. Motivated with a familial work ethic, she is well-versed in stellar communication skills and has the flexibility to accomplish her workload in a qualitative manner. Jameelah has worked with various organizations, including: TYPROS, Greater Tulsa African American Affairs Commission, African American Leadership Academy, AmeriCorps VISTA, A Place Called Home, Los Angeles Christian Education Center, and The Opportunity Project. She is focused on bringing diversity, equity, belonging, and inclusion to every professional realm and the people within it.
